TERMS OF SERVICE STATEMENT
The program may be used to send emails within the limits of the user's ISP. It should not be used for sending illegal or spam emails. The server space and databases used to store the click-events are not to be abused. The email templates purchased may be copied and modified and emailed as many times as you wish, but remain the property of the copyright holder. The email templates should not be transferred to other parties without the permission of the copyright holder. Abuse of the programs, subscriptions, templates or any other product or service for illegal or other purposes may result in the account being cancelled.
All subscriptions and email template purchases are linked to one account only and are not shareable or transferrable. If you create a second account, then you must repurchase the subscription and/or emails templates for that second account.
The use of subscriptions and the purchase of email templates are independent of one another. You can have a subscription without purchasing any email templates, and you can purchase email templates without having a subscription. You must provide the text for the emails plus any links or new pictures. Bulk Email provide no claims of support for the validity or usability or content of your emails, nor will we write your emails for you. Support is provided via the web site and the email contact form on that web site. Bulk Email is not responsible for any use or misuse of the email templates.
When you purchase a subscription you will have access to much more server space (~200 MB) to store pictures and documents, plus the ability to create and send emails that record the opening of those emails or the clicking of certain buttons and pictures within the email. These click events are stored on the Bulk Email servers and don't require the Bulk Email program to be running. While you are subscribed, you can view these click events using the Bulk Email application. If you cancel your subscription (or it expires), you will still be able to send emails with your uploaded files and the recipient click events will still be recorded, but you won't be able to view the click events window and your server space for files will be reduced.
The Subscription tab shows the range of Subscriptions available as InApp purchases. Highlight the desired Subscription then click the Subscribe button. You may purchase only one subscription at a time. You will need to confirm that you really wish to make the purchase. Please choose your subscription period carefully — they are usually available in terms of 1 or 2 or 3 or 6 months, or 1 year periods. Once you agree to a subscription your account will be charged and the expiry date in the Login window will increase. If it doesn't increase, for any reason, then click the Login button, relaunch or contact Bulk Email via their web site. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your subscription provider's Account Settings after your purchase.
Please note that when the free subscription period is over you will not be automatically renewed, nor a new subscription created. Instead you will be informed that the time of expiry is near. Once you begin a paid subscription, this subscription will auto-renew at the end of the subscription time period. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so with the subscription provider at least 24 hours before the subscription period is due to renew. Cancellations after this 24 hour period may be charged. Any unused portion of the free trial period may potentially be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
If you don't cancel your subscription, your subscription will auto-renew and your account will be charged for the next period. If you renew a cancelled subscription, the new subscription period will begin from that day.
If you have a problem canceling your subscription, then please contact the subscription provider. If you have any other subscription issues, then please contact Bulk Email via the web site.
Click the Buy templates tab to see the current email templates for sale. Highlight the Email Template Set you wish to purchase, then click the Buy button. You will need to confirm that you really wish to make the purchase.
Once the sale has been approved, your account will be charged and the templates should appear in your Designer Templates list automatically. If they don't appear for any reason, then please contact Bulk Email via their web site. If you try to purchase a template that you have already purchased, you will be informed and you will be unable to purchase the email template twice.
You will still be able to use your purchased email templates even if your subscription expires.
